North Muskoka Real Estate Market Update – June 2017

For the first six months of 2017, North Muskoka Real Estate area is experiencing a shortage of listings compared to 2016 of 60.63% overall.  Sales have increased by 10.63%.  Sales to Listing Ratio which means the # of active listings to sales for the year to date is 64% indicating that we are in a sellers market as opposed to 2016 at 47% being a balanced market.
